I’m also a regional business owner, a founder who’s built software from scratch, and someone who believes in doing business with heart

and structure.

I know how to scale teams, implement tech that works, and cut through the digital fluff. And I’ve mentored countless small businesses who want real outcomes — not just another funnel.

Why I built CanTicket

With nearly 16 years working across remote and hybrid teams, I’ve experienced firsthand the constant friction that comes with managing deliverables — and the clunky tools we’re expected to use to make it all “easier.”

I’d get out-of-hours requests starting with, “I know it’s the weekend, but can you just…” I’d finish a project, send the invoice, and still be met with, “How long did that take?” or “Was that even within scope?”

That’s when it hit me: The so-called project management “solutions” out there don’t actually solve the problems small businesses face every day.

So I built CanTicket — a smarter, simpler operational tool that actually works the way we do.

It gives business owners visibility, protects team time, and keeps projects running on time and on budget — all without adding more complexity.

Maybe it’s my background.

Maybe it’s my Italian heritage.

Either way, I’ve always been wired to push boundaries and ask, “How can we make this better?”

And for me? Complex project management — done simply — is my thing.

Some other things about me:

I launched my agency, was state finalist for my tourism business and planned CanTicket, all while learning how to be a solo mother to Maxwell. (2018).

In 2018 and 2019, I was a State Finalist for my tourism startup with the NSW Business Chamber for the “Excellence in MicroBusiness and Outstanding Young Entrepreneur” categories.

I only realised what CanTicket was once I was sitting in a fencing business, looking at his whiteboard of job cards while waiting to be served. I didn't even know what Saas stood for when my proto-type was live.
